On April 26, 2013 from 8-11 am, we will be doing 2013 Chemists Celebrate Earth Day activities with 3rd grade classes at George de la Torre Elementary School in Wilmington, CA. The Science Showcase program aims to promote community engagement with economically disadvantaged students. We will perform science experiments relating to chemistry, pharmacy, and dentistry to expose these students to possible careers in science.
